  • Who can participate in the class?
Our classes are suitable for individuals of all abilities, from beginners to experienced individuals. Our instructors provide variations and modifications for poses and exercises to accommodate all different fitness levels and abilities.
  • It's my first class. What should I do?
Congratulations on booking your first class with us! Anything new can be daunting at first but once you arrive you'll be welcomed warmly by our friendly community. We suggest leaving plenty of time to arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. This gives your instructor enough time to introduce themselves to you and the opportunity to get you set up correctly before the class starts. You'll be able to ask any questions you might have and you can relax knowing you are about to experience an amazing class!
  • Do I need to bring my own mat?
Yes, we recommend bringing your own yoga mat for hygiene reasons and to ensure your comfort during the class. However, we do have some mats available for use in case you forget yours.
  • What should I wear to a class?
Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Breathable fabrics are recommended. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.
  • How long is a typical class?
Our FLOW™ classes typically last around 55 minutes. PULSE™ and YIN™ classes are 45-minutes. Feel free to only stay for part of the class and know that you have the choice to leave whenever you feel like you have had enough. Come back next week and stay a little longer, building up to a full class.
  • Can I join even if I'm not familiar with yoga or Pilates?
Absolutely! All of our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all levels of experience. Our instructors will guide you through the poses/exercises and offer modifications to suit your needs. We recommend trying any class a minimum of three times before you decide whether it is for you. This will give you the opportunity to learn some of the terminology used and have a basic understanding of the class structure.
  • Is there music during the class?
Yes, music plays an integral role in any Zone Fitness class. We carefully select music tracks that complement the flow of the class, providing motivation and enhancing the overall experience.
  • Do I need to book in advance for a class?
Yes, we recommend booking your class in advance to secure your spot, as our classes can fill up quickly. You can easily book through our website or by downloading our free app.
  • Are the classes suitable for those with injuries/medical conditions?
Please consult with your healthcare provider before attending if you have specific injuries or medical conditions. Our instructors can offer modifications to accommodate many situations, but your safety is our top priority. Please feel free to message us to see if the class would be suitable for your needs.

Started Flow in January 2023 and absolutely love it! Luke is an amazing instructor - a different routine every 5 weeks keeps things interesting. Hate to miss a class!
