We combine the stillness and mindful stretches of traditional Yin Yoga with the immersive, curated music experience that defines Zone Fitness. This unique blend allows you to soften tight muscles, improve joint mobility, and create space in both body and mind.
Our expert instructors guide you through longer-held poses, gentle breath work, and deep relaxation techniques that help reduce stress, restore balance, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more energised – ready to face life with clarity and ease.

What to expect from a class.
Deep Stretch & Release
Postures are held for longer to target deep connective tissues and fascia, improving flexibility and joint health. You’ll feel your body gently open up, releasing built-up tension.
Music-Powered Relaxation
