Fitness Equipment Setup

One-off session
£55

A one-off personal training session in my private studio – no commitment, just the chance to experience my coaching style and see if we’re the right fit.

x1 session a month
£200

This plan includes one personal training session each week. I’ll create bespoke workouts tailored to your goals, design a healthy eating plan, and calculate your macros so we can achieve real, lasting results.

(£50 per session) Billed monthly.

x2 sessions a month
£376

This package includes two personal training sessions per week, tailored to your goals. You’ll also receive expert nutrition advice, full access to my online coaching app, including the 6 and 12 week challenges, personalised macro calculations, and continuous support throughout your journey.

(£47 per session) Billed monthly.
