Zone Fitness FLOWâ„¢ 27 - Inside the New Release

Hey there, fellow yogis! I am beyond excited to share with you the latest addition to our yoga family: Zone Fitness FLOWâ„¢ 27.


Let me just start by saying, this release is not just a routine; it's a transformative experience. As someone who's been on this yoga journey for quite some time now, I can confidently say that FLOWâ„¢ 27 has taken my practice to new heights, both physically and mentally.



So, what makes FLOWâ„¢ 27 so special? Well, let me break it down for you.


First off, let's talk about the blend of yoga and fitness. FLOWâ„¢ 27 seamlessly integrates dynamic flows with core-strengthening exercises, creating a holistic approach to wellness that goes beyond just the physical aspect. And can we talk about the playlist? It's like a journey in itself! From uplifting Ibiza beats to soothing acoustic melodies, every track is carefully curated to enhance your practice and help you find that inner peace.



Now, let's dive into the practice itself. The Warm Up track sets the tone perfectly, with Bear Pose leading the way to awaken our core and prepare our bodies for what's to come.


As we transition into the Sun Salutation track, a sense of warmth starts to resonate from within, guiding us through a smooth flow of poses and connecting breath with movement.


But here's where things really start to heat up – the Power Sequence tracks. Trust me when I say, your legs will be on fire as we flow through standing warriors and Chair Pose. It's challenging, it's invigorating, and it's exactly what we need to push past our limits. And let's not forget about balance. The Balance track challenges us to slow down and focus on the mind-body connection, helping us to find stability both on and off the mat.


As we move through the Flow track, we get to play with some of the poses from the Power Sequence and Balance track, creating an energising flow that leaves us feeling alive and rejuvenated.



Now, onto the Core track – challenging, yes, but also incredibly fun. With a focus on the lower abdominals, we stabilise our hips and strengthen our lower backs, building a strong foundation for our practice.


And of course, what's a yoga session without a little backbend action? The Backbend track introduces us to Wild Thing, awakening our spines and opening our hearts to new possibilities.


With two Hips and Twist tracks, we're given plenty of time to release tension and increase mobility, allowing us to move more freely both on and off the mat.


We wind things down with a calming Hamstring/Forward Bends track by Candelion and Andy Delos Santos. ‘You Can Take Me High’ is one of my all time favourites and it complements the choreography perfectly. This track helps us to reset the spine and the back of the body, preparing for the final relaxation and meditation.


Ah, the Relaxation/Meditation track – a beautiful end to our yoga journey. Calm, centered, and collected, we leave the class feeling energised and ready to take on whatever life throws our way.
