Zone Fitness FLOW™ is our fitness based yoga class designed to improve your flexibility, mobility and core strength. This holistic style workout blends traditional yoga poses with modern fitness techniques to create a calming yet invigorating class all set to an inspiring soundtrack.

You’ll bend and stretch your way through a carefully choreographed structure to help unwind your mind and body whilst also improving your stability, core strength and overall mental and physical wellness.


What can I expect from a class?


Zone Fitness FLOW™ is usually a 55-minute class but there are 45 and 30-minute formats available. A typical class begins with a yoga style warm up. You'll start to move and unwind the body ready for 55-minutes of pure stretchy bliss.


Once the body warm you'll move onto your first FLOW of the workout. You'll begin by learning some easy to follow yoga poses set to music so that you can truly unwind in your FLOW. Your instructor will be with you every step of the way so if you lose track of where you are, take a break, look to your instructor and they will get you back on track.


After your first FLOW it is time to slow things down whilst you challenge your strength, balance and stability. These tracks focus on standing poses to improve lower body strength as well as improving your overall stability. The balance sequence is always a challenging track but it is such a beneficial way of training the body to cope with everyday movements so you stay stable, strong and supported.














After challenging your strength and balance you'll move on to the core tracks. These tracks are dedicated to strengthening your stomach muscles as well as all the other areas that make up your core such as your back and glutes.


Finally, time to slow everything down! The last few tracks of the class are dedicated to stretching and releasing tension. You'll release your hips and hamstrings whilst also exploring some detoxifying twists to rebalance the body.


You've made it and now it's time to chill. Your instructor will now lead you on a guided meditation to help you calm the mind and restore the body. Beautiful soothing music will play softly in the background as you melt into your mat. You'll leave the class feeling stretched, invigorated and calm.
