Zone Fitness FLOW™ 32 – Energy, Freedom & Flow
This isn’t just another yoga class. Zone Fitness FLOW™ blends traditional yoga poses with fitness-inspired sequences, all set to motivating music. Release 32 is all about autonomy — moving in a way that feels right for your body.
We start with a simple warm-up and flowing sun salutations before cranking up the intensity in our Power Sequence (get ready for legs on fire!). The second half of the class slows the pace, creating space to breathe and connect.
The Spirals track offers gentle yet powerful twists to release tension, and we finish with lower body stretches to the beautiful sound of The Way by David Edward — a perfectly chilled ending.

Zone Fitness PILATES™ 05 – Strength at the Core
Zone Fitness PILATES 05 is all about building strength and improving posture through precise, controlled Pilates movements. This class works every muscle group, with a special focus on the core for maximum activation.
Expect powerful sequences that tone and energise, with our all-time favourite move — the 100s — making a return. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practising for years, this release will keep you challenged and engaged.

Zone Fitness YIN YOGA™ 05 – Deep Release & Relaxation
If you need to slow down, stretch deeply, and release stress, Zone Fitness YIN YOGA™ will be your sanctuary. Release 05 features longer holds in every pose, helping you sink deeper into your stretches and truly let go.
The Back Focus track brings Assisted Bridge Pose — a restorative position that feels incredible for the spine and back. Yin yoga is perfect for improving flexibility, calming the mind, and rebalancing your energy.
